When you feel overwhelmed or unclear, return to your inner compass. Ask yourself:
What would the strongest version of me do next?
Where have I already overcome something I once thought I couldn’t?
If I trusted my inner hero, what truth would I follow today?
Write it down.
Let that version of you lead — even if it's just for the next 10 minutes.
